A7: The industrial standard warranty is 2 years, but it does not mean you can only use them for 2 years, we will provide free service within this 2 years, after that we still provide customer services based on your further demand.
Q8: What about delivery time?
A8: Regularly it takes about 28-35 days for bulk order, but surely it depends on specific model, order QTY and specific time you place the order, so we suggest you confirm it with us before your order.
Q9: What's main difference between monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panel?
A9: They are both mature technology, the mono conversion efficiency of is a bit faster than poly, mono 19% poly 18%, which means that during same sun charging, mono panel will get a bit more power than poly. But it's just a bit more, not much difference, so we recommend poly which is cheaper, just for specific requirement we can use mono.
